Having an organizing business had been a dream of owner, Joanne Rinaldi, from a very young age. She spent her life organizing everything she could. She went on to work in the convention services industry setting up systems to organize conventions from a dozen vendors to thousands of vendors, systems that are still in use today. Her background also includes work in the event planning and production field overseeing timelines to the smallest details. Throughout her career, her happiest times were spent organizing friends and family. Word of her skills spread and it became clear that Joanne's organizing skills were both a gift and a passion. As a result, Neat Freaks Professional Organizing LLC was formed in 1991.
In 2007 Joanne became one of the first Certified Professional Organizers® in the country after passing the Board Certification Exam.
Neat Freaks is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers® and Organizers Power Up and has been featured in local, regional, and national print media, as well as, regional television and radio programs. Neat Freaks has a strong belief in volunteerism and volunteers organizing services to many local charities.
